'Harvest involved four pickings, each at different levels of ripeness, providing the building blocks to achieve maximum complexity. Fermentation occurred spontaneously and maturation lasted 10 months in old oak.
The nose has lovely aromatics of flowers and fresh herbs before citrus, apple and peach while the palate shows great depth of fruit and an exhilarating line of acidity before a savoury finish.
